Just FACT – R – Urban and Limborough Hub
Just FACT partners Rebecca (Limborough Hub) and Cameron (R-Urban) talk to me about their projects and engaging with the local community in Poplar to gather, take up space and share their knowledge and expertise. They avoid preaching and prefer to meet people where they are at, recognising there’s lot to learn from the community, and appreciating the rich cultural practises and traditions that address climate change.
The Food & Climate Justice Podcast has grown out of the Just FACT Programme, a network of 26 partners working towards creating an environmentally sustainable and socially just food system in Tower Hamlets, led by Wen (Women’s Environmental Network).
